A few weeks ago, I was reading a favorite blog of mine, The Art of Food, and stumbled across Alisa Barry’s post on the modern relevancy of this fantastic poster that was produced by the U.S. Food Administration in 1914. I wanted to share the image because I love the font and the straight forward potency of its message. I encourage you to take in Ms. Barry’s companion post, but also hope that you’ll take a moment to consider how what you eat impacts your happiness and health.
